#1 Identify the essential building blocks for success. The world is made of atoms, the law is made of principles, everything, including building your client base, can be broken down into its component parts.
#2 Then identify the weakest link in the chain. You should often put your highest efforts here to get the most significant change to the whole. Example - If you can’t generate leads, even the best lawyers will flounder.
#3 Have a method to generate prospects to fill your calendar each week. Otherwise, it’s like going fishing without a rod, hoping someone gives you their catch...or a fish will jump into your bucket...You will not feel confident!
#4 Learn marketing and business development for yourself, so you don’t have to rely on anyone or an agency that hides the ball and charges a fortune.
#5 Find the most "frictionless" methods that take less time and create more ROI. LinkedIn and social media platforms are great, BUT can be absorbing, demand spinning your wheels and achieve results that are not scalable to high levels if you're not careful.
#6 Learn mental focus. It is required to go for and achieve the success you desire with authenticity and confidence.
