My Why 

I started my career as a London Barrister and New York attorney. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked across several continents—in international private practice, senior in-house roles, and strategic advisory, now helping women grow thriving practices.

What I saw, again and again, were women navigating burnout, bias, and broken systems—being told to “lean in” without ever being given the tools.

I built this practice so no woman needs to figure it out alone.

My mission is simple:
Equip women with the clarity and strategy to thrive—and create a community where they lift each other as they rise.
